Welcome

Established in 1923 by Mr. Frank Burckhalter, we are one of Northeast Oklahoma's oldest family funeral homes. We are not part of a big chain or corporation. After three generations that tradition continues with current owners Alan & Chandy Cowley and their two children. Our families and friends are here in Vinita and we have grown up with the city and the people of Northeast Oklahoma. We conduct our business, as counselors for funeral services with a personal goal to help others during the most difficult time of their lives. Because of our many years of experience and commitment, we know how to best guide people through their decisions and how to cope with grief and acceptance. We believe that with knowledgeable assistance, a funeral can be a loving tribute and healing process.
